I look forward to the month of February every year.  Not only because I love Valentine’s Day, but because of Kokomo’s annual Chocolate Celebration.  This event is truly a dream come true for chocolate lovers and one of my personal favorites!  The 7th Annual Chocolate Celebration will be held at the Kokomo Mall on Thursday, Feb. 5.  From 11am-2pm there will be mouth-watering and simply delicious chocolate creations offered by more than 20 local vendors.  Selections will include cakes, brownies, cookies, fudge, chocolate-flavored drinks, and many more.  I have attended the event for several years now and always love the variety and, of course, getting the opportunity to enjoy my fill of chocolate!

Not a chocolate lover?  No problem.  Take-out will be available and many of the vendors will be selling specialty gift items that you can purchase and take home to surprise your special Valentine.  Lunch will be available at the Grace United Methodist Church booth.  Plan to join co-workers, friends, or family for a sweet day that supports a great cause.  All proceeds will benefit the local non-profit agency, Samaritan Caregivers.  Celebrate chocolate and have some fun at this great Kokomo event!
