  1. Dear Guffey Family,
I’m Brian Lovelace’s mom and I just wanted to thank you for allowing Brian to plant your maze!! My heart broke for your business because of all the rain!! I was so impressed that you never opened on Sunday even when the weather was nice and you could have made up for lost income for those rainy days. If there is anything our family can do for you next year, please let us know. As you’re planning for next year, please keep us in mind…such as sponsoring a group of disabled children to your maze or helping provide something for kids. Blessings, Bill and Janet Lovelace – 2358 N. 400 W. – Janet works at the high school!!!

  2. Old website? It is a shame you could not keep the prices at $4 for admission as last year unless the majority of the money goes to charity. Too much money being charged for what is offered. Pumpkins overpriced as well. Adults should enter free. Face Painting Lady did a wonderful job and was very sweet and patient. She was the best part and evidently not even suppose to be there…thanks to her! $4 admission and we would have gladly paid the face painting lady 🙂

  3. Thank you for your comment. I wrote that post about Guffey Acres in 2009. Unfortnately, they did have to raise prices this year. Glad you enjoyed the face painting!
