We are honored to have the new Blue and Gold Star Family Memorial, located next to the Howard County Veterans Memorial, listed on the 2016 Indiana Tour of Honor. This new memorial was dedicated on September 13, 2015 and is located in Kokomo’s Darrough Chapel Park.
